I'm a Long Island natural light photographer specializing in child and family portraits as well as landscape and travel photography.

I've learned from photographing my own children that often the most magical moments happen when you least expect them. Given this, I typically look for a good combination of posed and candid shots for each session. And wait patiently for those "real moments" that kids and families are certain to offer up as they become more comfortable in front of the camera. My approach is to be as unobtrusive as possible while ensuring sessions are organized and efficient.

Travel and landscape photography have become another passion and our proximity to the water affords me the opportunity to catch amazing sunrises & sunsets when the weather cooperates. And for those random times when nature won't wait for me to get my camera, I've got my phone as backup. Some of my favorite photos are iPhone photos and I encourage everyone to really learn how to use theirs!
